ADRIANA MORALES

Founder

Executive Director

Leads the Renascentia team and is an executive-level marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience in the payments, travel, Insurance and financial services industries. She offers a successful history of leadership in building new business and exceeding financial and marketing goals with leading organizations including Citibank, American Express and numerous international client banks, retailers and airlines.

 

Adriana held roles with American Express as marketing vice president for Global Network Services LAC and with Citigroup International as regional vice president of customer loyalty for LAC. More recently Adriana is dedicated to supporting companies such as Visa, Redeban, MetLife, MasterCard and Bupa, among others, in their portfolio optimization efforts.

Senior Global Consumer Marketing and Loyalty Executive who drives business growth through partner, customer, and digital transformation. Extensive experience in banking, insurance, and consumer services. Consistent record of positioning organizations for success, developing ground-breaking solutions that demonstrate a profound dedication to client and customer advocacy.

 

Karina was the CMO and later the Head of Loyalty/Customer Engagement for Latin America at MetLife, where she successfully designed and implemented high performing customer lifecycle management strategies. Before Joining MetLife Karina was the regional head of marketing and branding for Latin America at Citibank. Prior to that, during her ten-year tenure with American Express, Karina held a variety of marketing roles within Latin America as well as US, Asia, Europe, Canada.

He has a strong focus on evolving payment technologies and cross-sector experience including retail, telco, e-commerce and travel

Jenny is  a marketing and sales strategist, passionate about building marketing strategies and finding insights for business growth. She works with brands to help them in achieving their mission, by mapping and building remarkable customer journeys and marketing strategies to engage and inspire their community.

 

Prior to working as a Marketing consultant, she worked in marketing and sales strategy for 10+ years for different sectors (financial services and payments, fitness and wellness boutiques, energy, and manufacture). She has a Masters degree in International Marketing from Hult International Business School. She is also an Engineer from Andes University in Bogotá - Colombia, graduated in 2008.

Giuliana is a highly driven, committed and enthusiastic marketing professional with over 10 years of experience leading highly performing teams in the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies in local and international markets. 

 

Her work experience includes the planning and execution of acquisition, engagement, loyalty and retention of the American Express international dollar card portfolio. Giuliana has also been in charge of creating and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for a newly established, rapidly growing retail business in Peru.

Loyalty and customer relationship consultant with extensive experience in developing, implementing and managing solid loyalty and rewards programs for important firms in Argentina.  Sandra led the customer relationship project for  La Nacion newspaper and was responsible for the launch and creation of Club La Nacion premium card, winning the  Mercury award 2010 from the Association of Marketing of Argentina.

Maria Zamora has been a Florida attorney for over 10 years.  She began her legal career as a prosecutor at the 19th Circuit State Attorney’s Office.  From there, Ms. Zamora has worked in several areas of the law including class action lawsuits, child welfare, and employment discrimination. In 2012, Ms. Zamora opened her own practice where she focused on representing clients at all phases of litigation, with a specific focus on appellate research and writing. Due to Ms. Zamora’s experience as a bilingual staff editor on the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, she often works with both attorneys and non-attorneys in drafting and editing documents.
